The climate is about 72
degrees Fahrenheit all year

ACTIVITIES: During the month of March, at Easter time, we have Holy Week, also known
as Semana Santa. Antigua is known throughout the world as one of the most popular
locations to celebrate Semana Santa, second only to the one in Seville, Spain. Every day
there are processions, intricate mosaics made of colored sand, and dancing in the street.
It is the biggest celebration of the year in Guatemala.
EATING OUT: Antigua offers a wide
variety of both international and Guatemalan cuisine. You find Italian, French,
Chinese, Thai, Japanese and more. There are also a number of vegetarian restaurants.
